  • 9:20 PM - KBA systems are coming back online slowly. Anyone who's email was offline should be active in a few hours. As updates occur we will provide them. Please check back around 6:15 AM Wednesday for additional updates. 
  • 6:00 AM (Wednesday) - All email should be restored. IT is gathering updates and should have them posted on this site, and out thru email, at approximately 6:30 AM.
  • 6:40 AM - If you were asked to be in the office today to take calls please do so. 
  • 8:15 AM - If you are unable to open Outlook for email please go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and login with your KBA credentials. This will give you access to email on a web browser.
  • 3:00 PM - Phone access is not yet restored. IT is working with the vendors to recover that system. We will have another update posted on this site by 5:00PM.
  • 5:30 PM - Access to the phones and CIC continue to be offline though the phone system has been restored. IT will be working overnight to resolve this and other issues. Next update at approximately 9:00 PM.
  • 9:30 PM - Limited phone access is available within the MWO and SEO. If you have been asked by your manager to come into the office to take calls please do so. Other systems are up and are being checked for consistency but will be made available throughout the day tomorrow. Next update will be around 7:30 AM Thursday morning.
  • 6:30 AM (Thursday) - Today will be a jeans day in both offices.
  • 8:00 AM - Phones are active this morning. If you are at home you should be able to connect thru Citrix to access phone queues. DO NOT access RIMS/QikLink this morning until IT gives you instructions it is clear.
  • 12:00 PM - If you have not been contacted by IT or HELP to confirm your PC is available to be put back online please send an email to help@keybenefit.com. Please include your phone number so HELP can call you back and reconnect your system. If you are unable to send an email you may call the help line but please only call if email is not an option.
  • 4:15 PM - If you are still unable to connect and work remotely please contact HELP asap. Please make sure to monitor your email for additional updates over the next few days and the weekend. We are currently planning to have some number of folks work in-office tomorrow. Please check with your manager on expectations.
  • 11:45 PM (Friday) - We will be sending out more detailed updates of system status via email going forward. If you are still unable to connect to your email please contact HELP or your manager.
